In this webinar, you’ll observe one of our coaching faculty members, a highly experienced coach, conduct a simulated coaching session with a “client.” In this simulation, you’ll be exposed to very specific techniques for building rapport, asking questions, listening, and identifying resistance. Finally, you’ll see the beginning stages of facilitation toward client behavior change. Our faculty member and a coaching student will explain the techniques and take your questions.
