How can you remain healthy this winter?
This webinar will focus on natural methods that support immune system function to maintain health throughout the colder winter months. Lower temperatures outdoors means warmth indoors--often a breeding ground for germs and viruses that compromise the immune system.
We will discuss ways in which specific supplements, herbs and foods can strengthen immunity and decrease worsening of cold symptoms at onset.
